The return depends on the amount invested. Baltijos Namai operates on an interest-based model, so the larger your investment, the higher your earnings. Investing up to €20,000: 10% annual interest. Investing €20,000 or more: 12% annual interest.
Are my investments protected?
Your investments are protected by shareholder guarantees. For investments of €50,000 or more, an additional guarantee is provided — a pledge of real estate (mortgage).
What taxes apply to investors?
If you invest as a private individual, the earned interest is classified as Class B income, which must be declared using the GPM308 form. You are required to pay 15% personal income tax (GPM) on this income.
Can I withdraw my investment early?
The minimum investment period is 1 year. However, each investor’s situation is considered individually, and in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we are prepared to look for a mutually beneficial solution.
Can I lose my entire investment?
Since all investments are secured by shareholder guarantees or other forms of collateral, the likelihood of losing the entire investment is very low. However, it is important to note that investing always involves risk.
What is the partnership (referral) program?
The partnership program allows existing investors to earn additional income by recommending us to potential investors. Bonuses are paid for successful referrals.
