How it all began
The idea for the “Baltijos Namai” project was born from the combination of two individuals’ different experiences and skills.
Remigijus, having worked for a long time in the investment sector, noticed that many people wanted to invest in real estate, but it was not easily accessible. Adas, working in the real estate field, often encountered the fact that a large part of the market consisted of unattractive, poorly maintained properties that remained unsold for long periods.
The “Baltijos Namai” project allows for the transformation of neglected or underutilized real estate assets while providing investors with growing and stable return opportunities. It is not just an investment, it is a chance to be part of a modern, expanding, and value-creating community.
