How it all began
The idea for the “Baltijos Namai” project was born by combining the different experiences and skills of two people. It is a project that enables private investment in real estate by giving older residential properties a new life—transforming them into attractive homes for new owners.
Remigijus, who spent many years working in the investment world and advising clients daily on investment opportunities in Lithuania, noticed that most people would like to invest in real estate, but such investments are not easily accessible. Meanwhile, Adas, working in the real estate sector, repeatedly encountered the issue that a large portion of the market consists of properties in poor condition, which are unattractive to buyers and therefore remain unsold for long periods.
